The Marriott Benefits service provides employees with a variety of tools and information in regards to their job at Marriott. The Marriott Benefits portal is powered by AON and is free to use. Any questions in regards to the service can be directed to 1-888-88-4myHR (888-884-6947) if living in the U.S., Canada, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico or for those living outside the United States please call 1-847-883-2084. Marriott Benefits services do offer translators upon request for those who do not speak English.
Please note the My Marriott HR call center is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday (closed on the weekends and federal holidays).
